Our client is an international speciality healthcare company dedicated to rare diseases. The product portfolio focuses primarily on haemophilia, inflammation, genetic and metabolic disorders. Furthermore the company is a pioneer in biotechnology with world-class capabilities in protein biochemistry and biologics manufacturing.

 

You identify with your product and you love your job as a Product Manager. The challenge is to take care of 2 products in rare diseases - 1 to launch and 1 to protect from generic competition.

Scope

  • Deliver the tactical implementation of the Sobi global business plan managed through the production and execution of a country business plan, including any required local strategy or tactical variations and budget

  • Develop and execute a multi channel marketing strategy

  • Responsible for preparing Marketing Plans, to manage partnerships and main KOL s relationships, including Scientific Committees

  • Implement, manage and develop locally marketing activities

  • Responsible for launching and improving the speciality care products and managing a proper positioning in the reference market using all the tools of the marketing mix

  • Coordination of input and activities with Headquarter

  • Support and product training of sales team and all involved colleagues

  • Establish a relationschip with key customers

  • Support DACH region

  • Spport of Patient Access department

Requirements

  • University degree and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product management in pharma/biotech in multinational companies
  • Experience in product launch management
  • Ability to work independently and a “hands on” practical delivery of marketing projects
  • Enthusiasm, engagement, motivation, intention to live and face challenges, positive can-do attitude
  • Teamplayer with dynamic and open-minded personality
  • Structured, goal-oriented and cost-aware work ethic
  • Autonomous working style with hands on mentality
  • Professional skills in microsoft office
  • Excellent skills in the german and english language both written and oral
