Your tasks

  • Co-develops with senior stakeholders a coaching performance framework that will drive improved performance from customer facing roles across CV and Oncology
  • Partners with CV & Oncology functions to ensure the coaching standards framework is closely aligned with both short and long term company goals
  • Undertakes regular Coaching Needs Analyses (CNA) across Europe to further improve quality and relevance of in-field coaching interventions
  • Audits the quality and effectiveness of coaching program implementation across Europe and recommends appropriate actions to senior stakeholders based on findings
  • Collaborates with department team colleagues to develop a coordinated and effective training & coaching service that delivers against company business goals
  • Regularly connects with relevant stakeholders across affiliates in order to better understand current and planned in-field coaching activities.
  • Coordinates coaching best practice sharing across Europe and nurtures an effective ‘Coaching Community
  • Works effectively with external specialist agencies to ensure in-field coaching standards’ frameworks are of high quality and deliver against defined goals

Your qualifications

  • Demonstrable in-field line management experience within a pharmaceutical environment
  • University degree, with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • Relevant coaching qualifications highly desirable
  • Excellent English skills essential (spoken and written)
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills. Possesses strategies that secure senior management support and in-field line manager buy-in
  • Demonstrates proficient presentation skills
  • Powerful networking and alliance building capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and deliver to deadlines and budget
  • Resourceful, creative and above all, adaptive
  • Good interpersonal skills, team-player behaviour
  • Is prepared to travel across Europe ca. 20% to fulfil job expectations
  • Great attention to detail and focus on flawless execution
  • Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix environment and possesses high level project management skills
  • Hands-on, willing to ‘pitch in’ to get things done. Demonstrates a high work ethic
