Your tasks

  • Develops and executes the local marketing plan, in line with the European Marketing plan
  • Plans the marketing mix for the product portfolio and builds a multi-channel engagement strategy for the relevant audiences ensuring local customer needs and market requirements are met
  • Continually reviews the digital marketing performance, develop new channels & marketing ideas and expand the digital presence and marketing activities
  • Ensure close alignment of digital and non-digital marketing activites, messages and channels as well as Multi-Channel-Marketing and Key Account Management activities and messages
  • Close local cross-funtional alignment with the medical, market access and sales team on strategies and tactics and in developing customer relations with external experts
  • Develop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance of branded tactics in line with core product messaging and e.g. branded commercial material, internet & social media
  • Manages allocated budget and resources effectively.
  • Continually reviews the company’s performance (sales, brand equity, customers’ loyalty, etc.) in order to be able to react adequately to market developments
  • Participates in the development of business strategies and the planning of their implementation
  • Close collaboration with EU teams ensuring that marketing strategies and programmes are designed and implemented in an aligned and complementary way. Provides the European team with input on development compounds and LCM matters
  • Drives cross functional communication and contributes to organizational growth and team spirit as well es takes ownership for own development as well as team development

Your qualifications

  • Several years (5-10+) of professional experience in marketing / digital marketing / product management or sales of pharmaceuticals / medical technology
  • Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and experience in Sales roles
  • Specialty medicine and/or orphan disease working experience preferable, desirable in the areas of infectious disease and haematology
  • Marketing experience alongside proven track record in sales and marketing for prescription only products; desirable hospital product
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Hands-on marketing project ability with a clear "customer needs approach"
  • Excellent communication skills; strong English oral and written
  • Team player and ability to collaborate cross functionally and regionally
  • Familiarity and experience with the German Market environment; desirable hospital product specialty product marketing & antibiotics
  • Positive experience and credential with KOL’s (excellent reputation in the external market and credible (& proven) relationships with KOL’s)
  • Experience working with specialists belonging to our target groups
  • Experience in working & leading crossfunctional teams; experience in Sales roles desirable
  • Ability to succeed in a startup environment without the benefit of a known brand and help build a positive and sustainable business in the German market
