Your tasks

  • Achievement of Sales, Profit Margin, and Market Share objectives

  • Increase number of new customers for our client, IOLs and products

  • Implement strategic sales procedures and achieve sales results

  • Introduce and sell new products to customers acc. Budget

  • Increase turnover by close Customer Liaison and Support based on long time collaboration

  • Identify most potential targets and win them as customers

  • Increase of marketshare by development of their region

  • Archieve forcasted and budgted results by

    Sales and marketing of our clients products in surgical theatres

  • Identify, Contact and Convince surgeons about the benefit and proper and increasing use of our products

  • Negotiate best possible agreement within his own field of responsibility/ Involve next hierarchy where needed

  • Understanding market and market development, share knowledge with Sales Team Management and colleagues and react within the local focus to improve results

  • Create the need for our products

  • Providing the benefit: Understanding of customers expectation and needs

  • Handling of customers at risk to recommanders

  • Work closely to product mgmt. according to ongoing studies and client training

  • Organize local events to increase the visibility of our client and products

  • Represent our client on events and booths, congresses

  • Control of Consignment stocks/ frequent turn of stock

  • Smart investment of budget resources

  • Reporting to Management

  • Documentation to CRM Tool

  • Organize own schedule effectively

  • Provide CS with accurate data and enable close cooperation

  • Suggest and introduce measures to improve results

  • Reports to Regional Manager and/or Country Manager

Your qualifications

  • Commercial or scientific background of a minimum of 2 years

  • Ambition, Experience and success in selling surgical products to surgeons and decision makers in clinics and hospitals

  • Act with passion to convince customers of the brand name and high quality of your products and are among the key actors within your business

  • Have charisma and an already existing capacity of good business relationships to customers, show durability and knowledge of communication when arguing about your products in order to conclude business relationships

  • Have capability of autonomy and present reports within a qualitative way

  • Very well organized and focused, looking for most effective approach

  • Show a good knowledge of PC tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Daily travel within own territory and regularly
