Your tasks

  • Responsible for the sales activities for the growing German Dermatology Rx business
  • Accountability for achieving the budgeted sales objectives
  • Continuously improvement of sales strategy, in particular with regard to the launch of new products
  • Leadership and strategic guidance for several Senior Manager and the entire Dermatology Rx sales force, including talent development of the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a network of national physician and patient opinion leader partners
  • Driving commercial launch readiness for new Rx products
  • Member of the commercial leadership team at DACH
  • Develop and maintain excellent internal cross‐functional relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Home office based - high willingness to travel

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or science is required; advanced degree such as MBA or Master preferred
  • Minimum of ten years plus pharmaceutical commercial experience (including leading people, marketing, sales) and experience in Dermatology Rx or a similar indication
  • Several years of experience in people management
  • Track record in a launch team of having successfully launched new products
  • Excellent level of verbal and written German and fluent in written and verbal English
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, in particular with the ability to structure complex problems and to initiate change
  • Broad entrepreneurial view to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, also in a multinational matrix environment
