Your tasks

  • Execute commercial leads in order to enable constant development & improvement of my clients’ commercial approach and excel operational excellence. Act as an internal consultant.
  • Drive development and deployment of key tools, technologies and standard reporting to support effective market execution
  • Monitor key performance and define and review key performance indicators to enable prompt action planning and to leverage sales growth or address under-performance
  • Significant support of new product launches and demonstration of lively, enthusiastic and powerful presentations
  • Outstanding preparation and -execution of product launch in order to maximize the commercial impact of new product investments
  • Excels in reducing costs and responsible for business reviews, strategic planning, management presentations, special projects, etc.
  • Ensuring cross-functional collaboration and execution
  • Demonstrate an exceptional mastery of professionals skills as part of management team
  • Definition of overall strategies, drive cultural development, sustains a professional growth strategy

Your qualifications

  • The ideal candidate holds an academic degree in business administration or health economics and/or the life sciences sector
  • You have five to ten years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in sales force, product management, health care consulting or equivalent position
  • Proven track record of leading projects and executing strategies
  • Proficiency in sales force excellence
  • Sound know-how of CRM systems and skilful use of data analytics
  • Pleasant, confident, conscientious and sincere demeanour and displays a winning personality
  • Confident and polished speaker, speech proficiency
  • Powerful communicator in group settings
  • Excellent and enthusiastic presentation skills, self-starter
  • Analytical thinking, achievement oriented, prime mover and strategist  
  • hands-on mentality and proactive approach
  • sustained commitment, accountability and total involvement
  • Languages: German and English
  • Verbal commitment, speech proficiency in order to communicate complex matters in convincing way to maximize results
