Your tasks

  • Building an innovative MC strategy for a more effective communication and support towards all customer groups
  • Managing all digital commercial activities in close cooperation with the other marketing
  • Implement approved strategy and all tactics within agreed budgets
  • Ensure strategy and tactics accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer and patient need.
  • Continuous monitoring of new trends in marketing and evaluate their value for the companie's products
  • Outcome Measurement and reporting: define and monitor meaningful KPIs to evaluate plan progress and success
  • Ensure compliance of all activities to the companie's code of conduct, SOPs and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Administer approval of initiatives and materials according to SOPs
  • Financial Management: track defined KPIs and support accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • External focus and customer understanding: work with an “outside in” perspective. Ensure that all initiatives add value to our customers
  • X-functional teamwork: work effectively within the local and international organization to ensure x-functional input to the plans and alignment of activities

Your qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business and/or a science discipline

  • Experience and passion in Digital and/or Multi channel marketing activities

  • High affinity to innovative ways of communication e.g. via web based technologies

  • Results oriented and excellent analytic, communication and collaboration skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Experience in strategic & tactical project planning and implementation and ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects

  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment

  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions

  • Fluent in English

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Self-driven energetic personality

  • Operates independently and self-responsibly

  • Shows high level of accountability for results

  • Continuously challenges status quo and drives innovation

  • Sets him-/herself ambitious goals and works effectively towards their achievement
