Ihre Aufgaben

  • Work closely with the German Senior Haemophilia Team as well as with the National Sales Manager to identify pricing and positioning opportunities as well as threats for the Haemophilia franchise products.
  • Strong collaboration with finance, sales and patient access to manage existing and develop new pricing and reimbursement offers and the impact from an economical perspective
  • Proactively track key sick fund administration processes and changes in regulation
  • Develop and drive local real-world evidence and HEOR strategy as well as respective publication plan to demonstrate reliable insights of health care reality and benefits of modern therapy approaches
  • Collaborate closely with a scientific network of opinion leaders to identify new research topics of interest and interpret real world analytic results for scientific use
  • Produce and analyze contract/payer specific reports
  • Negotiate with hospital pharmacies and procurements on inpatient use of the company's Haemophilia franchise products
  • Develop consultative relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders and leverage  the company as the preferred partner for innovative contracting models
  • Identify national and regional authorities and stakeholders with responsibility for the pricing and reimbursement of existing and new products
  • Engage appropriately with such bodies together with the Director Market Access to understand requirements and support for optimal pricing and reimbursement
  • Optimize regular reporting at regional and national level to ensure consistent measurement of success and communication of key issues
    • Updates the Contract Management database and establish a complete payer account management
    • Develop, coach the National Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager and other internal stakeholder on payer contracting processes and pricing strategies
    • Actively participate in meetings and calls with Global departments as well as external events and trainings to drive overall team knowledge with pricing, reimbursement, contracting, etc.
  • Liase with Marketing and Market Access to drive materials, fact sheets, cost calculators and other selling tools
  • Establish strong and reliable and regular relation with relevant treaters and hospital functions and convey the company's image and values, coordinating with medical and commercial teams

Ihre Qualifikation

  • University degree in (health) economics, pharmaceutical, health care management, bio-science or similar
  • 3 years of biotech/pharmaceutical/consulting experience in a pricing, contracting and/or reimbursement related role with proven track record
  • Analytical experience: Track record in HEOR, conduction of Real World Analytic projects with publication experience
  • Knowledge of the market access environment and the health care system in Germany
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to “federate” resources on market access projects
  • Analytical focus – ability to collect, analyze and interpret data of different purpose and to translate into business case scenarios
  • Good communication skills (oral and writing) in both German and English.
