Your tasks

  • Provides global leadership in partnership with Global Brand Core Teams to meet business objectives through the use of cutting edge multichannel and digital campaigns, focusing on customer engagement and business impact
  • Develops integrated multi-channel campaigns in line with the global brand strategy, leads the channel selection, customer campaign activation and measurement / optimization based on business objectives
  • Leads new digital business development, identifying and piloting innovative digital business opportunities
  • Leads concept and business plan creation, with focus on developing new sources of revenue within our Therapeutic Areas
  • Partners with Must-Win Markets and Regional IMCM teams, supporting functions (e.g. IT, Medical, Legal, etc...) and agencies
  • Share best practices and transfer knowledge, leveraging experience and expertise across the company and from global leading brands from industries outside of Pharma

Your qualifications

  • University Degree (Marketing or similar), MBA preferred
  • Longterm experience in digital and/or multi-channel planning and execution across all channels; several yeras dedicated to health environment including brand/franchise responsibilities
  • Prior experience working within a brand at a global / country-level
  • Experience in digital / transformational change initiatives
  • Proven Leadership competencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with top management and diverse cross-functional and cross-country teams
  • International work experience and intercultural approach
  • An inspired and open-minded character with an attitude of self- creation, self-reflection and self-correction
