  • Be responsible for a strong branding for the spin-off of our client and joint ventures
  • Lead the operational planning and execution of all events for external and internal audiences
  • Substitute the Head of Identity Management when absent also for alignment towards the Managing Director
  • Be strongly involved into development of the internal positioning and value proposition as well as vis a vis external audiences
  • Be accountable for the execution of the branding and communication strategy
  • Develop the branding and communication strategy in collaboration with Head of Identity Management and related content for the venture portfolio
  • Be responsible for development and execution of coherent internal/external event plans (e.g. conventions, internal events, keynotes of senior management)


  • University degree (Master preferred) in a business discipline or an equivalent education
  • Several years of experience in digital/social media marketing, brand management and/or communications
  • Profound experience in biotech, digital or creative agency environment
  • Persuasive business acumen incl. event management, brand launch, PR management as well as experience in product campaign development
  • Strong interest into biotech and tech industry, passion for new trends and upcoming technologies
  • Ability and proven track record to lead diverse teams with primarily indirect (e.g. external agencies) reporting lines
  • Proven communication skills towards members of top management councils
