Your tasks

  • Processing of complaints for all products manufactured at the site
  • Review of relevant documents such as manufacturing and release documentation for complaints processing
  • Examination of retention and complaint samples
  • Query of stocks and batch tracking in SAP
  • Statement to customers preparation
  • Follow-up of CAPAs (initiated due to complaints)
  • Creation and update of relevant SOPs
  • Creation of trend analysis for complaints
  • Coordination of Pest Control

Your qualifications

  • Scientific graduate (BSc, MSc, PhD)
  • 3+ year experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in pharmaceutical environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice
  • High-level of computer literacy, including experience in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Fluency in spoken and written German (preferable)
