Your tasks

  • Leading, supervising and coaching the Field Force Effectiveness/Sales Analysis team
  • Prioritizing, adapting and implementing global/international Field Force Effectiveness initiatives.
  • Collaboration with sales management teams on sales planning/steering efforts, sales potential analysis, sales performance measurement, and resource allocation.
  • Generation, processing, and analysis of comprehensive sales performance data (internal/external data sources).
  • Pro-active development and provision of cutting-edge sales reports and management dashboards.
  • Supervising sales team structuring and sizing projects, incl. territory design.
  • Supporting customer targeting and segmentation initiatives
  • Development, implementation and management of integrated data warehouse solutions in close cooperation with international IT.
  • Assessment, implementation, local adaptation and continuous enhancement of CRM tools & systems enabling sales and marketing initiatives (e.g. multi-channel-marketing, etc.) - in close alignment with international IT
  • Development and implementation of motivating Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
  • Partnering with EU counterparts, seeking exchange of best practices with other affiliates - thereby maximizing synergies and alignment.

Your qualifications

  • University degree required (MS, MA), either in computer science, business administration, natural/medical science or related discipline
  • Profound professional experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, business analytics, sales operations, and business planning in a pharmaceutical or biotech company required
  • Track record in developing and implementing comprehensive plans and projects in close cooperation with local and international/global business partners and peers
  • Proven success and extensive experience in leading, coaching and supervising a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and being open minded
  • Creative & pragmatic self-starter, with “pioneering spirit”
  • Cross-functional team player, ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships
  • Highly energetic, well organized, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Computing excellence, MS Excel champion
  • Expertise in running different CRM systems and analysis tools, respectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
