Your tasks

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for national, regional and local Market Access tasks in MS and potential new neurological indications
  • Preparation of GBA Advices and AMNOG processes for new substances in MS
  • Leads regional access strategy in MS including innovative contracting with regional payers (relationships building, project development, roll-out, monitoring); close collaboration with Field Market Access team
  • Supports other functions in all access related issues, e.g. Key Accounting for MS hospital business, district managers and field forces; commercial team
  • Point of contact for EU/global MS Value and Access


Accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Lead of all national, regional and local Market Access Topics in MS in close collaboration with the MS cross-functional teams
  • Develops, rolls-out and monitors regional contracts, builds relationships with payers in close collaboration with the Field Market Access team
  • Supports district managers and field forces when access-related issues in MS appear on a regional/local level; is familiar with hospital reimbursement
  • Is responsible for all MS-related access projects including budget and (long term) planning, eg pricing assumptions
  • Works with the EU/global MS teams
  • If applicable: Leads GBA communication and AMNOG process in MS

Your qualifications

  • Master in science or economics (health economics training is appreciated)
  • 7 y plus industry experience in HEOR/Market Access/Sales
  • Knowledge of innovative contracting, legally and roll-out
  • Has already sustainable relationships with regional stakeholders of self-government bodies (sick funds, KV, MDK, regional doctors associations)
  • Qualitative and quantitative analyses of drug regulations‘ impact on the products
  • Strong analytical and strategical skills
  • Project management
  • Capable to apply digital solutions to market access specific customer groups
  • Deeper knowledge of SGB V regulations appreciated
  • Innovative mindset when it comes to digital solutions for market access stakeholders
  • Experience with innovative contracts and complex project management
