Your Tasks

  • Participant management for all congresses (national and international) (awareness of deadlines, participant registration, travel planning, HCP contracts, travel expenses)
  • Coordination of ZINC approvals for flyers, invitations, booth design for German congresses
  • Coordination of contracts via Oracle
  • Organization, coordination and implementation of regional events
  • Maintenance of Coco (draw up of events, update event information, slot management)
  • Budget management (process invoices, create Purchase Orders in Oracle, maintain PO-list, monthly provisions)
  • Cooperation with and coordination of working students

Your Qualifications

  • Strong background in marketing and/or project management
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills
  • Clear understanding of the organizational & planning aspects of congress/event management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Experience in managing Congress/Event industry suppliers/agencies
  • Service-oriented attitude towards internal and external customers
