Your tasks

  • The team lead position is coordinating and supervising the MSLs and gives operational direction, and also supports national projects.
  • Supports and acts as Medical Advisor/ Medical Project Manager for Oncology

  • Represents the company and leads medical & scientific exchanges with key experts
  • Acts as priority field contact to the country Medical Director, serves as interface between field and back-office teams
  • Coordinates the development and provides supervision of the Key External Experts and Investigators Engagement Plans 
  • Executes and delivers the medical operational part of the strategy plan(s) on a mastery level, gives operational direction to the MSL team
  • Responsible for MSL field excellence development and KPI delivery, reporting, coaching and training and attends to conferences and educational events as necessary and helps coordinate medical affairs activities on site
  • Supports the development of local complex clinical data through clinical and investigator studies. Contributes to the development of the Market access Strategy in coordination with the Market Access, Regulatory affairs and country Medical Director, and General Management
  • Provides strategic input and vision to the country Medical Director, works as a team with the Trial Operation Management and Market Access
  • Collaborates with project management, medical communications and commercial teams in multiple areas including publication planning, speaker education programs, regional consultant meetings, manuscript review and conference preparation 
  • Adhere to corporate SOPs and ensure vigilant compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines governing scientific interactions with physicians and healthcare professionals across all activities

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in natural sciences, pharmaceutical or medical discipline
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an executive in Medical Liaison Management or Medical Affairs ideally in the area of hematology and/or oncology
  • Experience in the field of study management/ project management
  • Previous knowledge in research, industry or clinic
  • Field service experience, preferably in the medical-scientific field
  • Strong decision-making and implementation skills as well as strong analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
