Your tasks

  • Support the Associate Director in developing enhanced SFE framework, including business frameworks and related analytical processes, based on sales management needs.
  • Present recommendations and findings to various stakeholders within the Commercial organization.
  • Apply strategic thinking and communicate highly complex analytical processes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Independently lead projects and coordinate input from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships in key segments of the Commercial organization, consistently demonstrating a thorough understanding of internal customers’ business needs.
  • Interact with internal customers ranging from the Leadership Team, through Commercial Management to Field Sales.
  • Train users and manage implementation to ensure increased performance.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness (Sales Operations)

    • Development, implementation and standardization of sales force reporting tools, and ensure accurate and timely performance measurement on relevant parameters.

    • Support the Senior Management in sales force allocations and multichannel projects
    • Support product launches
    • Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager Commercial Learning & Development in implementation and tracking of selling models
    • Support Sales Management in all CRM and CLM related topics and develop & drive the strategic direction of both in collaboration with the European team
  • Incentive Compensation

    • Provide technical input into the design and administration of sales incentive plans to align corporate objectives, commercial strategies, and sales force efforts.

    • Calculate targets, measures achievements and calculate incentives
    • Ensure appropriate incentive compensation budget accruals, manage relationship with FP&A on budget issues.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business, Economics, Finance or related field plus relevant experience in sales/marketing analysis, SFE, sales force reporting and statistical analysis in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Masters/MBA a plus
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment, with a solid understanding of principles relating to area of specialization.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales force effectiveness
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of relevant software systems and platforms
  • Ability to recognize and interpret business issues/opportunities and recommend solutions through analysis.
  • Ability to assume full responsibility for accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of deliverables completed
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and qualitative information to non-technical executives through interpersonal, verbal, and written channels.
  • Ability to manage projects and multi-task in a deadline-intensive environment.
