Ihre Aufgaben

  • Identifies and analyses commercialisation and access strategic options and recommends strategic choices and key tactical programs.
  • Pricing strategy, contracting and negotiation with payers, hospitals and buying organisations
  • Developing of access and adoption plans & executing on activities and tactics spanning the process of benefit assessment to reimbursement at account level
  • Co-owns strategies and tactics in the whole reimbursement and access process
  • Access & adoption relevant market insight
  • Development and responsibility for the access & adoption communication strategy as well as the activities and tactics
  • Development, implementation (incl. negotiation) of collaboration projects and contracts with payers
  • Close local cross-funtional alignment with the medical and sales team on strategies and tactics and in developing customer relations with external experts
  • Develop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external customers
  • Manages allocated budget and resources effectively.
  • Support of the Commercial Director, the management team and the brand teams in all questions regarding the market access for the assigned products
  • Budget responsibility for the access & adoption specific activities
  • Continually reviews the company’s commercially operative performance in order to be able to react adequately to market developments
  • Participates in the development of business strategies and the planning of their implementation
  • Collaborates closely with the relevant European teams to ensure that marketing, sales, market access and medical strategies and programmes are designed and implemented in an aligned and complementary way.
  • Drives cross functional communication and contributes to organizational growth and team spirit as well es takes ownership for own development as well as team development

Ihre Qualifikation

  • University degree, MBA or advanced degree in relevant subject (Medicine, Natural sciences, Health economics or Business Administration)

  • Profound expertise in commercial operations including strategic commercial planning, market insight & contracting, desirable for hospital products

  • In-depth working experience in German Market Access, payer and pricing environment; desirable hospital product reimbursement knowledge

  • Sound experience and insight into the german healthcare system, the health legislation as well as the german access & adoption process

  • Knowledge of adoption process and execution at (local) account level

  • Experience in reimbursement, pricing, negotiations and contracting

  • Specialty medicine and/or orphan disease working experience preferable, desirable in the areas of infectious disease and haematology Commercial & Market access experience for prescription only products; desirable hospital product

  • Positive experience and credential with KOL’s and account level network

  • Excellent communication skills; strong English oral and written

  • Team player and ability to collaborate cross functionally and regionally

  • Experience working with specialists belonging to our target groups

  • Hands-on commercial project ability with a clear "customer needs approach"

  • Experience in working & leading crossfunctional teams 

  • Ability to succeed in a startup environment without the benefit of a known brand and help build a positive and sustainable business in the German market
