Your tasks

  • Support the development and implementation of global brand and life cycle management strategies for recently in the US  launched product, including e. g. opportunity assessment, global congress planning etc.
  • Provide marketing strategic analysis and recommendations to R&D regarding pre-development and in-license product candidates
  • Support the evaluation of product business cases (including forecasting) to ensure global strategy optimization
  • Support the analysis of market insights, scientific data and competitive information with the goal to translate them into global strategic concepts for further development and opportunities with a focus on the US market
  • In cross-functional team, serve as competent business partner for key internal teams and stakeholders, e. g. global clinical development, medical affairs, market access, corporate communications, investor relations, US affiliate etc.
  • Maintain strong, fruitful working relationships with external stakeholders, e. g. cooperation partners, agencies, consultancies etc.

Your qualifications

  • Scientific degree, preferably with postgraduate degree (e. g. Ph. D.) and more than three years of experience in pharma product management
  • Expertise in haematology (oncology) is a must
  • Ideally insights and experience with regards to the US pharmaceutical market incl. the local customer landscape
  • A big plus is first experience in global marketing and brand management, including brand planning, forecasting, market analysis etc.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong hands-on mentality and a passion for strategic abstraction and planning
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness for occasional travel
  • Proficient level of English – oral and in writing
