Your Responsibilities

  • Work with SFE Team to develop and coordinate a sales performance review process incl. tools and dashboards
  • Define and interpret SF KPIs and suggest corrective measures as needed
  • Lead and coordinate the Sales Action Plan process
  • Plan National Sales Meetings and coordinate content and agenda
  • Coordinate the monthly SF reports with feedback from the field, identify and communicate key insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication from and to field force and develop tools and processes to improve it
  • Serve as an interface between Sales & Marketing
  • Support the Business Unit in coordinating Business Planning Processes incl. Brand Planning, Operational Planning and Business Cases
  • Develop and maintain storage of key commercial documents
  • Coordinate innovation processes and workshops to help the commercial team identify innovative ideas to drive performance

Your Qualification

  • University level qualification required
  • Successful track record within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Pharmaceutical Business Operations and Sales experience in Germany is essential
  • Requires little direction and is a fluent user of information, analysis, data trends and robust plans to identify business opportunities
  • Very strong project and process management skills and experience, the ability to work on multiple tasks and priorities and lead projects effectively in a matrix organization
  • Experience in supporting business processes incl. business plans
  • Experience in defining and measuring KPIs and providing recommendations based on findings
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills are essential – in English and German
  • Strong identification with companies' values 
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments 
  • The ability to take on board and in-depth new and complex information and analyse it and make it presentable for a broad audience
  • Proven team player with ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills
