Your Tasks

  • Become the first Sales Director in Germany and the client’s face to the customers
  • Paving the way for successfully bringing products into the German market
  • Managing sales activities from initial mapping and lead generation to account management for existing customers
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing Team, based in Sweden, to identify promising opportunities and successfully converting them into business
  • Reporting to the Director Corporate and Business Development

Your Qualifications

  • University degree (minimum BSc), preferably in molecular biology or medical sciences
  • 3 years of experience working in sales / business development selling to pathology or molecular diagnostics labs, preferably in oncology and with an existing customer network
  • A good understanding of the German health insurance and reimbursement system is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, additionally, a good command of English
  • A proactive, innovative, high energy and flexible attitude
