  • Execute and coordinate projects and assignments of the Speciality Care Unit and its team

  • You have successfully completed training and/or a degree in natural sciences or economics, marketing, communication, media management or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience in project management, event marketing, and marketing and ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or life science business sector.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry and/or related area (for example: Clinical Research Organisations) or in medical scientific enterprises
  • Relevant experiences in project driven environment is mandatory
  • Skilled, proficient and qualified in Project Management
  • Experience in a position with customer contact is a plus
  • Important contributor to the success of the department
  • Self-starter, hands-on mentality, sustaining a high achievement level
  • Experience in office management, cross-functional alignment and working with agencies
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written language
  • Basic knowledge of financial bookings
  • Comprehension of compliance in pharmaceutical industry
  • Inspires and supports team spirit, great communicator
  • Engaged, dependable, reliable, radiates confidence
  • Displays strong potential for advancement
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Computer skills (MS Office package)
