Your tasks

  • Lead the marketing team strategically and transform the department into a strategic think tank to help develop the presence and recognition of our customer as a credible partner with the haemophilia community through supporting the development of relationships with key stakeholders, as well as the successful development and delivery of agreed pre and post license marketing projects
  • Develop, lead and motivate the team of two high professional product manager in forming goals and visions - be a true leader to the team
  • Under the direction of the Business Unit Director Haemophilia you will work with local medical affairs and market access colleagues as well as HQ staff in a cross functional approach to our client's interactions with all stakeholders (physicians, payers, nurses and patients)
  • Manage the day to day marketing activities of the organisation and long term marketing strategy for the company

Your qualifications

  • Education: University Degree preferentially a PhD in science
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong leadership experience in motivating and steering teams as well as forming and implementing visions
  • Proven ability to work in a cross functional and international matrix organization with multicultural colleagues
  • Core Values: Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful and Engaged
  • Recent pre-launch and launch experience including project coordination
  • Knowledge of the local health systems and decision making processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and a “hands on” practical delivery of marketing projects
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and excellent communication across functions,  organizational levels and cultures to help deliver business results
  • Ability to apply competitive intelligence learnings into marketing plans, develop and execute tactics to address competitive threats
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Team Player and self-starter as well as entrepreneurial attitude with a strong commitment to high standards of compliance in pharmaceutical marketing
