Your tasks

  • Leads development and maintenance of digital infrastructure to enable digital customer facing activities throughout the local affiliate

  • Leads digital strategy, planning and execution of digital campaigns and drives innovation culture to develop innovative digital tactics and apply metrics and analytics

  • Collaborates with Marketing and Business Unit Directors on campaign/tactic strategy and provides input on the development of functional plans

  • Plans and executes multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns from initial brief to execution to deliver on predefined goals, together with Marketing

  • Serves as the digital marketing point-of-contact between Marketing, digital agencies and multi-channel hub team at the headquarters to enable seamless execution of brand strategy

  • Provides digital expertise into the ongoing evolution of customer models

  • Monitors performance and takes ownership of different data sources and develops analysis and insights to support reporting needs for all multi-channel activities to enhance performance

  • Overview of digital governance (Sales Force Effectiveness, Analytics, Event Management, IT)

Your qualifications

  • Degree in science/marketing or equivalent
  • Well experienced in marketing strategy, brand planning, multi-channel, campaign/tactic execution/management, and performance analysis within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficient in Digital Marketing and experienced in managing digital vendors and project teams
  • Exposure to forecasting and quantitative/analytical functions (analytics, data science, business intelligence) in the pharmaceutical industry desirable
  • Experienced in the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present information to a high standard
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization.
