Your tasks

  • Building an innovative MC strategy for a more effective communication and support towards all customer groups
  • Managing all digital commercial activities in close cooperation with product management
  • Implement approved strategy and all tactics within agreed budgets
  • Ensure strategy and tactics accommodate the changes taking place in the market and respond to customer and patient need.
  • Continuous monitoring of new trends in marketing and evaluate their value for Hemophilia products
  • Outcome Measurement and reporting: define and monitor meaningful KPIs to evaluate plan progress and success
  • If necessary adjust plan and activities based on the results with the support of the Marketing Lead
  • Ensure compliance of all activities to code of conduct, SOPs and all applicable laws and regulations
  • Administer approval of initiatives and materials according to SOPs
  • Financial Management: track defined KPIs and support accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • External focus and customer understanding: work with an “outside in” perspective. Ensure that all initiatives add value to our customers
  • X-functional teamwork: work effectively within the local and international organization to ensure x-functional input to the plans and alignment of activities

Ihre Qualifikation

  • University degree in marketing, business and or digital disciplines
  • Experience and passion in digital and/or multi channel marketing activities in the pharmaceutical sector
  • High affinity to innovative ways of communication e.g. via web based technologies
  • Results oriented and excellent analytic, communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in strategic & tactical project planning and implementation and ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects
  • Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment
  • Teamplayer with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a cross-functional business setting
  • Innovation driver who is accountable for results and who challenges status quo permanently
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
