Your tasks

As a Development Lead (m/f/d) Advanced Analytics (AA), Artificial intelligence (AI) Machine Learning (ML) you will play a key role in developing/scaling intelligent solutions and data-science driven initiatives across the Central European organization. With a strong end-to-end mindset you will be shaping our client´s infrastructural environment and scale-up ambitions in order to maintain, optimize and leverage productive solutions.

 

The tasks include among others:

  • Developing, maintaining and optimizing advanced analytics, AI & ML solutions across several therapeutic areas (such as Neurology & Immunology) in Central Europe to maximize patient value
  • Being a Subject-Matter-Expert for Data Science-driven processes & tools
  • Implementing a local process & structure to enable continuous and transversal Advanced Analytics, AI/ ML integration in Central Europe
  • Driving capabilities for Analytics, AI & Machine Learning tools & processes to ensure long-term governance and continuous improvements for projects such as Digital Assistant, Marketing Automation & Advanced Analytics based on business requirements
  • Promoting data ownership governance and competencies throughout various roles in the CE organization
  • Ensuring development of a sufficient data infrastructure and related processes such as content taxonomy in close collaboration with local i2i teams
  • Measuring impact of AI / ML integration and configuration to continuously improve governance & project impact

Your qualifications

  • Master of Science in Business Informatics, Business with focus on data science or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of strong experience in Advanced Analytics,AI & ML; demonstrated experience in driving data-science driven initiatives, preferably in a healthcare or life science related environment
  • Experience in building and scaling data science capabilities and solutions at the enterprise level
  • Experience with digital health solutions and healthcare data analytics is a plus; Working experiences with Orbit is helpful
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence others that achieve desired results
  • Results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to be ready to adjust plans and direction in response to feedback and the iterative nature of digital health projects
  • Fluent English and German skills, written and spoken
