your tasks

  • Support development, manage, consolidate and track Commercial Operations expense budget in close alignment with line manager, team leads and finance department
  • Initiate, develop and follow-up on all types of Commercial Operations related contracts, ensure appropriate contract filling and storage
  • Create, adjust, manage and follow through Commercial Operations-related purchase orders, incl. invoice tracking and billing
  • Plan and organize all types of Commercial Operations on-/off-site meetings and events
  • Track Commercial Operations T&E costs and provide continuous feedback to team members on actual vs. plan
  • Support line manager, team leads and sales trainer on diverse admin tasks, incl. travel & schedule planning, expense reporting and slide preparation
  • Support sub-teams temporarily on business projects in times of bottlenecks and peak workload periods
  • Manage and continuously improve Webshop services (collaboration with Webshop vendor/logistic partner, close cooperation with Business Units/marketing departments reg. material storage, disposal & cost allocation, training of staff on Webshop functionality, continuous update of Webshop user manual, running satisfaction surveys)

Your qualifications

  • Undergraduate university degree in business admin., or similar qualification
  • Highly organized and structured person with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in finance/budgeting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both, written and oral), combined with ability
    to work and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Creative & pragmatic self-starter
  • Cross-functional team player, ability to establish positive working relationships
  • Highly computer literate, familiar with all types of office/admin software and platforms
  • Highly energetic, self-reliant
  • Able to deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner
  • Good knowledge in English and German, both oral and written
