your tasks

  • Present and promote solutions and technical capabilities during joint visits, tradeshows, conferences and on-site demonstrations.
  • Deliver excellent application support for onboarding, new customers and for troubleshooting
  • Help the direct/indirect sales teams with his/her technical knowledge
  • Playing role in executing a strategic sales plan for the given direct and indirect sales territory.
  • Building and developing his/her network among Key Accounts, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Decision Makers and Technical Buyers to identify, qualify and support new sales opportunities.
  • Active user of CRM (Customer Relation Management) tool
  • Find new cross selling opportunities while interacting with customers

your qualifications

  • University degree related to Molecular Biology/Cell Biology/Biomedical Sciences or similar subjects. At least Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with more than 2 years of experience in sales, technical and application support with international exposure
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR and related molecular techniques
  • Ability to present and to articulate product benefits, values and technical information with customers and co-workers
  • Ability and willingness to travel about 60% of the working time with short notice (Must be able to coordinate own travel arrangement when traveling to customer sites)
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Competencies: strong ability to work independently, customer focus, accuracy, outstanding communication skills, flexibility, problem solving, perfect execution
  • Strong IT skills: MS Office, CRM
  • Experience in the clinical, chemical or life sciences
  • Technical knowledge of Immunochemistry, & ELISA testing
