Your tasks

  • Member of Affiliate Brand Team, responsible for shaping product strategy and to maximize EU/global synergies as well as exchange of best practices
  • Partners with Austrian and Switzerland affiliate brand teams in order to prepare symposia and promotional activities for DACH congresses
  • Drives projects with key-KOLs resulting in data and publications that impact national and international markets
  • Analyzes and assimilates extensive market data/intelligence and incorporates the findings into the oncology brand planning process
  • Keeps up to date with all new information/data for the oncology brands and utilizes the information to provide competitive advantages for our brands
  • Leads the development of marketing materials and ensures timely approval of materials in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Designs and executes promotional activities in line with the global branding and global key messages
  • Ensures effective role out of marketing campaigns to the field team through cycle briefing meetings & training sessions
  • Constantly seeks feedback and inspires the sales force, is perceived as being a passionate and persuasive brand champion
  • Tracks implementation and success; develops rapid corrective activities if needed

Your qualifications

  • Natural science degree required
  • Preferably PhD in field of molecular biology
  • Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in marketing (3-5 years), experience in the field of oncology required (preferably in non-small cell lung cancer, and/or breast cancer and/or pancreatic cancer)
  • Successful track record within the pharmaceutical industry, experience in sales preferred
  • High scientific profile with the ability to simplify new and complex clinical data
  • Oncology market experience expected, focus on our indications preferred
  • PC literate in Microsoft Office
  • Team worker
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written communications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of personnel and establish positive working relationships, in particular with the sales and medical team
  • Independent self-starter, accurate and well organized
  • Highly energetic, self reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner with organized project management skills
  • Strong business acumen and open minded
